Our Mission
At Thomas' Hope Foundation, we support individuals and their loved ones during their journey through substance use disorder and into recovery. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for everyone involved to begin walking the road to recovery. We practice compassion and promote education, self-help, and wrap-around care before, during, and after treatment.
Thomas' Hope Foundation is focused on providing support, guidance and pathways to treatment for the individual struggling and their loved ones. Our certified peer recovery coaches use their lived experiences to guide those affected to a road of recovery. We are dedicated to promoting awareness, education, advocacy and empowerment regarding substance use disorder.
We believe that a willingness to obtain a basic understanding of Substance Use disorder can break down stigma, fuel empathy and is the foundation of all prevention.
We provide connections to treatment and resources in and out of the community. We can connect you or your loved one to the appropriate level of care, and can provide transportation. We stay connected during your stay, and provide services, and support before, during and after.
We have a team of recovery coaches available to support you or your loved one during any stage of substance use and recovery. Our recovery coaches are certified and have lived experience with substance use disorder. We are all compassionate,
supportive, real people ready and waiting to walk down this road with you.
We offer a range of educational and support groups virtually and at our office, located in Holtsville, NY. These range from relapse prevention, substance use disorder, and co-dependency, to Parents/Grandparents, and Family Support Groups. We also have a Daily
Afternoon Wellness Group! As we add groups we will update the calendar found on our website and Facebook.
